About The Position

The Senior Solution Specialist leads the design, deployment, and adoption of complex, cloud-based and hybrid software solutions. This role operates at the intersection of technical delivery, pre-sales strategy, and solution integration, ensuring that every engagement aligns to customer mission objectives and leverages the full capabilities of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and hybrid platforms. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor—partnering with customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to architect solutions, influence adoption strategies, and optimize deployment outcomes across cloud and on-premise environments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Business, Communications, IT, Technology, or 10+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Public Safety Software, Systems Integration, Business Analysis, or Field Services required.
  • Must pass all background checks necessary for compliance with CJIS Security Policy.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to identify, quantify, and mitigate project and integration risks.
  • Experience with Motorola Solutions, PremierOne, Flex, or CommandCentral platforms preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of end-to-end workflows, API frameworks, and relational data structures.
  • Proven expertise in Cloud-enabled integrations, SaaS deployments, or Hybrid system architectures.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support Pre-Sales engagements—defining requirements, shaping solution proposals, and presenting technical solutions to customers.
  • Experience with Motorola Solutions, PremierOne, Flex, or CommandCentral platforms preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to support customer and project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement end-to-end integration solutions across hybrid environments leveraging APIs, data services, and secure cloud infrastructures.
  • Partner with sales and technical teams to define solution scope, contribute to RFP responses, deliver product demonstrations, and assist in technical solution design during the sales cycle.
  • Lead and oversee SaaS solution deployments, ensuring high-availability configurations, data migration, tenant provisioning, and alignment with customer SLAs and compliance standards.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and business process reviews to align deployments with customer workflows, performance goals, and integration requirements.
  • Work closely with Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor complex implementation schedules; identify and mitigate risks early in the delivery process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on cloud integration and deployment practices, mentoring junior specialists and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, propose solution enhancements, and refine delivery methodologies.
