The Senior Client Solutions Specialist serves as a strategic technical advisor and subject matter expert across ExtensisHR’s core HR technology platforms, including HRIS, Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking Systems. This advanced role is critical in driving successful implementations, optimizing system utilization, and ensuring high-touch, proactive client engagement and satisfaction. With a hybrid focus on enterprise-level customer service and deep platform knowledge, the Senior Specialist acts as a cross-functional liaison between clients and internal departments including Sales, Implementation, HR, and Technology. This individual is expected to take ownership of complex client scenarios, lead process improvements, and support the evolution of ExtensisHR’s tech-enabled service model.
