Location: UK (London office). Remote work possible with regular travel between locations and across France and the United Kingdom. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to design, scope and deliver complex technical solutions for mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers, in the UK and France. You will work end-to-end across discovery, architecture, implementation and adoption, building workflows, integrations and applications using the right tools for the job – whether low-code platforms, no-code automation, or light custom development. This role bridges pre-sales and delivery. You will partner with Sales on technical discovery, solution architecture and bid support, ensuring we define credible, scalable solutions up-front. You will then own technical execution, ensuring successful onboarding, integration and handover to our Customer Success and Support teams. Reporting into our Co-Founder and CTO, you will help establish this capability from the ground up – defining how we assess, architect, implement and industrialise solutions. You will build the patterns, standards and assets that allow Semble to deliver repeatable, high-quality technical outcomes for strategic customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to bring market insight into the product roadmap and unlock value for customers quickly and safely.
