About the team: The team delivers robust software solutions by integrating advanced development, DevOps, and solution design practices. Members collaborate to analyze business requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code aligned with organizational goals. Emphasizing quality, security, and performance, the team supports continuous integration and deployment processes. It encourages learning and innovation through adopting emerging technologies and best practices. Working closely with stakeholders, the group ensures solutions meet technical and functional needs, driving operational efficiency within the Global Time and Attendance (GTA) region.

  • Translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Develop detailed functional logic and mock-ups to support high-level design conversion for product components.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technology options, prioritize features, and evaluate risks.
  • Conduct business and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Manage configuration updates, integration testing, and documentation to maintain system integrity across platforms.
  • Analyze business metrics and market factors to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies within solution design and implementation phases.
  • Extensive experience in translating complex business requirements into effective solution designs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture, configuration management, and integration processes across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies within evolving technology landscapes.
  • Expertise in applying domain-specific methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business metrics and data models to inform decision-making and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or related area and 1 year's experience in enterprise design, implementation, or consulting.
  • Prior work experience in the technical integrations between SAP, Workday, etc. and third-party applications.
  • Prior work experience using technology packages such as SAP, Workday, Infor, and Coupa based on business requirements.
  • Prior work experience writing functional specifications and test scripts.
