Role Overview We are seeking a strategic, customer‑oriented Senior Solution Consultant to support our expansion across North America. In this high‑impact, client‑facing role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams—as well as external partners—to shape deal strategy, deliver solution expertise, and ensure our offerings create tangible business value for clients. You will tailor your engagement approach to each prospect, conduct deep research into client industries and business environments, and guide stakeholders across various functions to the best-fit solution architecture using the Cytric portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with proven success in solution consulting or product/solution management roles.
  • Experience in corporate travel technology, understanding classic T&E tools, value creation levers for corporations, and integration approaches with customer ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of data security best practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage customers, partners, and cross-functional internal teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Comfortable working in multinational, multicultural, and virtual environments, ideally with experience in European‑headquartered organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Consulting Engage with customer stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, business needs, IT ecosystem, technology architecture, and data security requirements, tailor your approach and solution accordingly.
  • Provide solution expertise throughout the sales cycle and advise clients on the optimal path to achieving their objectives, including integration of Cytric Easy (Travel) into their IT landscape.
  • Coach and influence client stakeholders, build consensus across varied personas, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner with Sales to define effective deal strategies, address engagement-level challenges, and accelerate sales velocity, volume, and deal size.
  • Solution Definition & Demonstrations Lead solution definition, scoping, and alignment activities across the sales cycle, ensuring proposed solutions fit each client's unique needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate how Cytric Easy solves key pain points and drives measurable value.
  • Advise clients on integration options with ERP, HR, productivity, and master data systems.
  • Define high-level solution architecture for clients evaluating Cytric Easy.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, integration patterns, and data security standards to guide both clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain strong competitor awareness to provide comprehensive positioning during demos and discussions.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Leadership Collaborate with external partners to ensure a seamless end‑to-end experience for clients implementing Cytric Easy.
  • Provide insight and feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams to help align roadmap direction with client and market needs.
  • Represent Amadeus at industry events, trade shows, user conferences, and other key external engagements.
