About The Position

E-logic is looking for a Senior Software QA Tester to lead and apply a comprehensive knowledge base to the testing of mission-critical HR and Payroll systems for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD) . This role functions as a technical expert, driving the success of QA across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with experience working on mission-critical government programs.
• Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) . Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead major testing assignments, including developing comprehensive, end-to-end testing strategies for high-visibility systems.
• Evaluate test performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior QA staff.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
