In this role, you will join the Analytics Artificial Intelligence (AI) organization (supporting BigQuery and Looker products) to design software services for data analytics and AI. You will collaborate with a team to research, explore, and develop solutions that use Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI for Google Cloud Data Analytics. You will join our team of experts in Generative AI, BigQuery, and ML and design the future of data analytics. You will have a deep understanding of data, AI, and ML to manage a high performing team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with Python and Java.
• Experience with ML and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with GCP services, including Data Analytics and Vertex AI.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience in Machine Learning especially in generative AI.
• Experience in large-scale data systems.
• Experience in building Gen AI Agents.
• Experience with Data Analytics, BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale software services that revolutionize data analytics, with a focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads to launch innovative solutions leveraging the power of Large Language Models, Agents and other advanced AI techniques.
• Navigate unexplored areas by prototyping and researching solutions for groundbreaking ML projects in BigQuery.
• Engage with product managers and customers to decipher requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications, while identifying opportunities to integrate ML and Generative AI solutions.
