About the team: The AI Center of Excellence develops advanced intelligent agent solutions that transition from concept to production across various departments. The team leverages enterprise data to create prescriptive AI applications, focusing on data quality, management, and analytics using tools like Python, SQL, and AWS SageMaker. Collaborating across functions, members drive innovative AI solutions addressing complex business challenges while ensuring scalable and sustainable model deployment. This team fosters continuous learning and technical excellence, supporting enterprise-wide AI initiatives that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytical modeling techniques, including machine learning and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of data source identification, data quality assessment, and database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to develop, test, deploy, and scale analytical models with a focus on accuracy, robustness, and business impact.
• Solid understanding of business domains and the capability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights.
• Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
• Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
• Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
• Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Perform model validation and tuning to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability in production environments.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and influence strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives and priorities.
• Mentor junior associates in data science techniques and best practices.
