We’re looking for a Senior Social Producer & Community Manager for The Hustle. This role blends strategy and execution: working crossfunctionally to set a direction for our social channels, creating original on-camera video content, repackaging existing Hustle content for new audiences to discover, and building an engaged community. The Senior Social Producer & Community Manager will be expected to drive meaningful growth for the Hustle media ecosystem. You’ll have autonomy to experiment, react to trending topics, and shape how millions of people experience The Hustle every day. Channel Ownership: Voice our social and community channels: You’ll manage the daily posting schedule for TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and the YouTube Community tab. You hit "Publish" and you own the results. Quiet on the set: You’ll spend part of your week "in the field" (or in the studio) producing original unconventional businesses. You’re finding the stories, script them, and film them. The Remix Engine: You’ll take The Hustle newsletter and our YT deep-dives and "translate" them for social. You aren't just copy-pasting; you’re re-imagining the data for a 60-second attention span. Community "In-The-Trenches": You’ll spend time every day in the comments and Community tabs. You’re answering questions, keeping the conversation going and rewarding most engaged community members. Funnel Building: You’ll constantly be looking at the numbers, tracking what social content is best at converting viewers into newsletter and YouTube subscribers.
