About The Position

Betr is looking for a full-time Social Producer to join our Miami team! We are looking for someone who thrives on social media and excels at creating original content across social platforms like TikTok and other short-form channels. The Social Producer must have a creative mind that can develop engaging content, while also being comfortable on camera. A passion for sports and a deep knowledge of sports betting are essential to succeed in this position.

This role is based in Miami, Florida. You must be based in this area or be willing to relocate to be considered for this position. It will require scheduling flexibility including working nights, holidays, and weekends when necessary.

Requirements

• College senior, graduate student, or recent college graduate
• Must have a “team-first” mentality with an eagerness to learn. strong work ethic & positive attitude
• Working knowledge of both social media platforms and digital production
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Extremely organized and detail oriented, with a focus on quality and consistency
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding and interest in the world of sports

Nice To Haves

• Experience with designing and laying in GFX/VFX is a huge plus

Responsibilities

• Create original content for our social channels
• Work with other producers to create forward facing, personality-driven short-form videos
• Go onsite to the biggest events in sports to capture content
• Edit videos for TikTok, IG, YT etc.
• Work during the biggest games to turn around topical content
• Publish content to social channels
• Strategize with the rest of the social team to set the brand's voice
