Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Campbell Clinic's mission, brand voice, enterprise strategy, and organizational goals. Content Creation & Oversight: Using a social-first approach, oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging, family-friendly, and HIPAA-compliant content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) that brings Campbell Clinic's storytelling to life while remaining compliant with the brand standards, messaging, and tone. Campaign Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in PR, Marketing, Digital, Creative Services, and across clinical divisions, to design, execute and measure the results of integrated social media campaigns, both organic and paid. Community Engagement: Monitor and manage social media conversations, responding with empathy and care. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and provide regular reports on content performance, audience growth, engagement, and ROI. Use insights to continually inform strategy, optimize results, and show impact. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with emerging social trends – both inside and outside of healthcare – technologies, and platform changes to drive innovation. Video Production: create and execute content videos, including shorts, reels, gifs.
