This role will lead the social media strategy and execution in the high-growth Interventional Oncology & Embolization Division of Boston Scientific. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and excited to help the team drive growth and offer solutions to patients with the most challenging conditions, including liver, kidney, lung and other types of cancer. You'll work in a fast-paced market, with frequent late-breaking clinical data releases and product launches, aligning stakeholders behind strategy, developing tactical plans and creating content for social channels in support of communications and marketing objectives. Critical to this role is experience managing social media channels in a corporate environment (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including best practices for content development, the use of paid and organic social campaigns on various channels, measurement strategies (KPIs) and a firm grasp of how to manage social media in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate would be skilled at content development, possessing the poise required to coach senior executives utilizing social media channels, and experienced in the use of social media tools and vendors for management and social listening. This candidate may be asked to lead other digital and activation programs beyond social media, so a willingness to flex and take on more responsibility is a must.
