About The Position

As a Senior Slots Manager, you'll play a key role in leading all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift. In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations with a strong focus on employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulations and department policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of slot operations or equivalent management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions of the Slots Department, including resolving guest and employee concerns, managing slot operations leaders and staff, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, delegating duties and tasks, and ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies
• Manage human resource responsibilities to include fostering a positive work environment, employee development and mentorship, providing instruction and training, implementing service and company programs, maintaining accountability, issuing discipline, and ensuring proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members
• Analyze business needs and guest experience data to enhance service delivery and ensure departmental and company standards support an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain ongoing communication with employees and other leaders by sharing information, listening to feedback, and being a role‐model S.H.O.W. standards
• Manage, organize, and complete assigned projects with attention to detail within the established deadline
• Ensure inventory of all company equipment and sensitive keys during shift are maintained and accounted for
• Protect the confidentiality of company files and documents under immediate control
• Promptly notify senior management of any suspicious or unusual activity or transactions.
• Coordinate with the Gaming regulatory agencies and vendors when needed
