Requirements

to perform this job successfully, an individual must have an associate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with geographical area, volunteerism, senior and disabled population. Demonstrated ability to work successfully with community and church affiliated volunteers.
have a valid Driver’s License and ability to drive for work use. Must successfully pass background check as applicable to position.

Responsibilities

Assist in publicizing, promoting, and engaging in public speaking about the program.
Coordinate with Marketing and Development team on social media content and posts.
Process client intakes and requests for officially approved chore services, with a focus on group projects or transportation.
Register eligible clients and volunteers and coordinate appropriate matches.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and provide statistical and activity reports as requested by the Area Program Manager and contract reporting requirements.
Maintain and submit required records and reports to the Area Program Manager and the Senior Services Director for program monitoring and fiscal auditing purposes.
Uses appropriate administrative, fiscal, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of CCEW client protected health information (PHI), per regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
Will regularly utilize all forms of communication (email, text, phone, etc.) and database practices necessary for this position and as directed by supervisor.
As a mandated reporter, follow all procedures outlined in agency policies and procedures to report to the proper agency when there is suspicion and/or confirmation that a child or adult has been a victim of abuse or neglect.
Adheres to the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching and Catholic Doctrine.
Perform as a team member to ensure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.
Perform related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.
