About The Position

In this role, you will support Captis clients through clinical engagement, onboarding, and adoption of sourcing and contracting programs. You will partner closely with the Program Services Clinical Director, Mayo Clinic, and internal Vizient teams to serve as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders and executives. You will contribute to the strategy and execution of Clinical Data Insights while supporting the operational and strategic leadership of Captis clinical integration efforts to drive engagement, compliance, and measurable value.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; advanced degree desired.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Current licensure as a clinician (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist) required.
  • Clinical background with demonstrated operational experience.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse clinical and operational audiences.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain and contracting practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions with client executives and physician decision-makers to support clinical engagement and participation in Captis contract commitments.
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding of new clients and identify effective approaches to engaging clinical teams.
  • Support clinical integration efforts in collaboration with the Program Services Clinical Director.
  • Participate in quarterly Clinical Committee activities to advance clinical engagement initiatives.
  • Drive client engagement and accountability through the Member Performance Scorecard, leveraging data to assess commitment and performance with emphasis on the medical device portfolio.
  • Monitor and communicate spend compliance targets and improvement opportunities aligned with Captis requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Captis and Vizient teams to address client needs and advance program objectives.
