Competitive compensation and Bonus No premium cost medical plan option available Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement Safety-focused culture What you’ll do: On-Site Support Provide desk-side support to business colleagues within Pearland, TX campus Support on-site meetings as required Liaise with local leaders to identify and resolve technology-related challenges and address support requirements IT Ticket Management Hands-on 1st and some 2nd line support to a group wide customer base within an SLA driven environment Procure, setup, configure and support of standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices Installation of operating systems and software deployment via AutoPilot Procure and manage software license requests and renewals Provide basic training and “how-to” knowledge sharing for business and IT colleagues Use a collaborative approach to problem solving with team and other technical groups Project Management Defines, documents and carries out projects or sub-projects alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project Applies appropriate project management methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches Agrees with project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and acts where these deviate from agreed tolerances Ensures that projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and those lessons learned are recorded You’ll have the following skills and experience: Join us, bring your energy, and grow your career. #LI-BB1 #LI-Hybrid Equal employment opportunity We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences. Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side support to business colleagues within Pearland, TX campus
  • Support on-site meetings as required
