About The Position

The Senior Service Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day service operations, coordinating field technicians, ensuring timely response to customer needs, and maintaining efficient workflow within the HVACR department. This position serves as the central point of contact between clients, technicians, and management to ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an on-site position and remote work is not available.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in HVACR service coordination, dispatching, or operations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong understanding of HVACR systems, terminology, and service workflows.
Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch software.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls.
Monitor daily work orders, prioritize calls, and manage technician workload.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
Review and verify service documentation, work orders, and time sheets for accuracy.
Track open jobs and ensure timely completion.
Assist with quotes, parts ordering, warranty coordination, and vendor communication.
Maintain accurate records in the service management software.
Support management in forecasting labor needs, preparing reports, and improving scheduling efficiency.
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior coordinators or dispatchers.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
