As part of the Segment Marketing team, segment marketing managers own the go-to-market strategy for one of our defined audiences. In this role, you’ll focus on collecting and translating market, competitor, and customer insights into thoughtfully designed & orchestrated marketing campaigns that activate & engage both prospects and existing customers. You’ll lead segment and product marketing strategy for Mural’s Transformation segment (above-the line leaders in the Innovation, Product, Design, Strategy, Digital Transformation, L&D departments, and their employees who receive LUMA certification) shaping the positioning and go-to-market approach for Mural's human-centered design practice, LUMA, including services, software, and partnerships. You’ll serve as the market-facing steward for this segment at Mural, translating customer needs, competitive dynamics, service offerings, and product capabilities into clear strategy, compelling narratives, and effective go-to-market motions. This role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product marketing, and go-to-market execution. You’ll work alongside a team of Segment Marketers who bring those stories to life across audiences.
