We are seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead and oversee security operations for a key client in Richardson, TX area. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring full contract compliance, driving operational performance, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts, mentoring subordinate managers, and cultivating a strong culture of service excellence and accountability. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with the client, maintaining and enhancing trusted relationships through consistent communication and operational transparency. The Senior Security Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services that meet all contractual obligations. They will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of security managers and supervisors, while driving operational improvements and innovation to enhance effectiveness and client satisfaction. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and partnering with internal departments such as HR, Training, and Compliance to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive security management experience overseeing multiple sites or a regional portfolio
  • Proven experience leading large security teams, including supervisors and site leadership
  • Strong background in contract security operations, physical security programs, or corporate security
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and service delivery
  • Experience developing and enforcing security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans
  • Familiarity with security technology systems (access control, video surveillance, incident management platforms)
  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Ability to manage budgets, labor forecasting, staffing models, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in conducting site audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance inspections
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities across several locations
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and sound decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently, travel across assigned sites, and respond to urgent situations as needed
  • Proven leadership experience in security operations or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
  • Client-service mindset with a focus on quality and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings to review goals, share best practices, and celebrate achievements.
  • Deliver 100% customer satisfaction through frequent client engagement.
  • Resolve customer service-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to guide customer strategies.
  • Manage daily staffing and administrative functions for assigned locations.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and monitor Security Officer performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Securitas and client representatives.
  • Oversee the training and operations of Supervisors and Security Officers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and contract requirements.
