We are seeking a Senior Security Manager to lead and oversee security operations for a key client in Richardson, TX area. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring full contract compliance, driving operational performance, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-profile client accounts, mentoring subordinate managers, and cultivating a strong culture of service excellence and accountability. This individual will serve as the primary liaison with the client, maintaining and enhancing trusted relationships through consistent communication and operational transparency. The Senior Security Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services that meet all contractual obligations. They will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of security managers and supervisors, while driving operational improvements and innovation to enhance effectiveness and client satisfaction.
