This is a critical leadership role that is responsible for developing and optimizing workforce operation. The Senior Security Manager must be able to develop and drive workforce productivity, execute the operations program strategy and interface regularly with the client and vendor partners on security-related matters. Activities include but are not limited to critical incident management, reporting, investigations, policy enforcement related to operational effectiveness, risk management, and employee engagement. Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company. Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education. Requirements

  • Must Be at Least 18 years of Age.

  • Organized, Self-disciplined, Technologically Savvy, Compliant, and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
  • Prior Security Management Experience Required.
  • Advanced Understanding of Physical Security Operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of Security Management/Law Enforcement Experience.
  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company.
  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
