The Senior Security Manager reports to Director-Security, Shared Services and owns the strategy, governance, and oversight of internal investigations, threat assessment, workplace violence prevention, background screening and access control. Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive leadership, the role ensures sensitive matters are handled with integrity, consistency, and legal defensibility while strengthening employee safety, organizational trust, and duty of care. The role partners closely with HR/ER, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Security, Risk, and Executive Leadership to manage sensitive matters, respond to critical incidents, and continuously strengthen the organization’s threat management and violence prevention framework.
