Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial or pre-sales roles, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM (data entry, automations, follow-ups, reporting).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational skills and a results-oriented focus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain close and effective relationships with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand potential clients' needs and collaborate on creating service demands.
  • Conduct institutional and commercial presentations focusing on business understanding and opportunity generation.
  • Develop long-lasting commercial relationships with clients.
  • Act consultatively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and new opportunities.
  • Manage and update the sales funnel in Pipedrive, ensuring data accuracy and lead tracking.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling qualified meetings and tracking commercial metrics.
