Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial or pre-sales, preferably B2B sales.
  • Practical experience with the Pipedrive CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative profile.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with active listening and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and focus on results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain close relationships with active clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand potential clients' needs and collaborate on service demand creation.
  • Conduct institutional and commercial presentations with a focus on opportunity generation.
  • Develop long-lasting commercial relationships with clients.
  • Act consultatively to ensure satisfaction and retention of opportunities.
  • Manage and update the sales funnel in Pipedrive accurately.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling qualified meetings and tracking commercial metrics.
