About The Position

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and deliver high-quality Salesforce-based applications. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Required)
  • Platform Developer I
  • Platform App Builder
  • 5+ years development experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, and the Salesforce platform.
  • JavaScript / HTML / CSS
  • SFDX CLI
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components
  • Visualforce
  • Flows and other declarative automation tools
  • Async design patterns in Salesforce
  • Platform Events
  • Queueable jobs
  • Batch jobs
  • Future methods
  • Scrum agile methodology
  • DevOps processes leveraging Git and CI/CD
  • Visual Studio Code and Salesforce extensions
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Development: Building custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Solution Design: This involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and designing effective solutions using Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Testing, Quality Assurance and Code Reviews: Developing and executing test plans, performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Submitting and reviewing pull requests.
  • Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Documenting technical designs, code, configurations, and system processes, and sharing knowledge with the team.
