About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help us scale our business through automation, touching initiatives across our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments. You’ll serve as the structural glue between our business systems, and build out new cross-platform connections, while refining our existing instrumentation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves to work in a highly customized, automation-focused CRM environment, and can help us firm up the launchpad upon which to scale.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer role
  • Expert working knowledge of Salesforce front and back end (Flows, SOQL, APEX, Mass Action Scheduler, Connected Apps, Salesforce APIs). using best practices for architecting flows and object relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), and sales engagement tools (Vanillasoft preferred, alternatively SalesLoft, DialPad)
  • Experience working with API tools (Zapier, Make, etc), and with API use in general
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured process paths

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in PHP is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Round Robin systems in Salesforce a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Zoom Contact Center a plus

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of BI & Operations, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Flesh out the bridge between our marketing systems and sales systems, in order to maximize next-best-action approaches for our outbound and inbound efforts
  • Refine our customer outreach methodology and automations through our calling platforms
  • Refine our team-wide calendaring functionality & two-way communication between Salesforce and Zoom Contact Center
  • Manage cross-system integrations
  • Identify & triage issues with new and existing automations
  • Help facilitate potential platform migrations in the future (calling, billing)
  • Document key procedures and automation paths
  • Consolidate Salesforce automation structure (stand-alone flows, calls to Zapier)
  • Introduce real-time error-monitoring dashboards and build exception paths for error reduction
