Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation
Strong experience with Salesforce platform and human-centered design principles
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Experience with testing and validation processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement information technology solutions
Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear, concise documentation
Apply advanced analytical skills and specialized expertise within functional areas
Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements
Monitor and evaluate solution performance, tracking effectiveness of implemented solutions
Interpret business issues and recommend best practices for complex problems
Lead functional teams or projects as needed
Ensure proper functionality and user experience in all deliverables
