Senior Salesforce Administrator

EVERFI
$95,000 - $110,000Remote

About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to serve as Everfi's primary Salesforce subject-matter expert. This is a hands-on, practitioner-level role designed for someone who has developed varied and deep experience of the Salesforce platform. This person will be an active, daily user of Salesforce — diagnosing platform issues, building and refining automations, maintaining data integrity, and enabling revenue teams to operate with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success Operations and working in close partnership with the COO during the onboarding and systems-stabilization phase, this role understands not just Salesforce mechanics, but how the revenue process works inside Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications preferred
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience leading or supporting major Salesforce implementations, migrations, or system redesigns
  • Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, including lead lifecycle and attribution
  • Familiarity with third-party tools like Gong, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, and Fireflies
  • Strong Excel skills; experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for analysis is a plus
  • Ability to analyze pipeline data, build attribution models, and generate actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce System Ownership
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of Salesforce as the system of record
  • Configure system workflows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, and page layouts based on evolving business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance stakeholders
  • Manage user permissions and profiles, monitoring data quality and duplicate records, reviewing and optimizing automation
  • Investigate and resolve user-reported platform issues — including broken automations, incorrect record behavior, permission errors, and data anomalies
  • Design and maintain automation workflows supporting the full revenue cycle from Lead to Close to Renewal
  • Maintain and govern integrations between Salesforce and the full revenue tech stack, including HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Fireflies, and Amplemarket
  • Revenue Analytics and Reporting
  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting structures that surface pipeline health, conversion performance, and revenue attainment in real time, leveraging Salesforce reporting, Excel, Microsoft Copilot, and other data tools
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for revenue leadership
  • Contribute to decision support and forecasting by maintaining accurate dashboards and pipeline data

Benefits

  • This role is eligible to participate in the Corporate Bonus Plan
  • 100% Remote position
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • 401(K) with matching contribution
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
