About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager of Business Solutions, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of MCE’s CRM platform, CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) pipeline, and CRT toolset. This includes gathering requirements, designing and deploying solutions based on best practices of software engineering, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets, providing ongoing training for end users, and environment and license management. This position will work cross-departmentally to ensure applicable department needs are met by the CRM.

Requirements

  • Current Salesforce Administrator 201
  • Current Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, mathematics or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Administrator 201 Marketing
  • Knowledge of: Salesforce Service Cloud CRM and exposure to Marketing Cloud.
  • CICD Pipeline Management, using Copado Express or equivalent tool set.
  • Data Optimization and Integration strategies and exposure to API management.
  • Technology initiatives and an understanding of the impact on the agency of such initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce technology landscape includes, but not limited to, software development, integration, complex hardware/software upgrades or rollouts, documentation development, and complex instructional design activities.
  • QA methodologies and Copado Robotic Testing Tool Administration, scripting, and management.
  • Proven knowledge of most aspects of computing and communications, including hardware infrastructure, networking, software, operations, and disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and development of software, including basic knowledge of secure software development.
  • Proficient at analyzing requirements, developing functionality, specifications of documents, and documenting and executing business process-specific test scenarios.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Salesforce Platform Developer 1 -
  • Current Copado CICD Certification Experience. However, candidates with proven expertise in CICD pipeline management using equivalent tools will also be considered.
  • The Copado certification must be obtained in the first month in the position as part of MCE’s Professional Development process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user and license management and administration.
  • Triage, prioritize and resolve User support tickets, within the Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinate, and facilitate, as needed, investigation meetings.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage data flows, Import and export data using native Data Import Tool, Data Loader (online and offline), and Pentaho.
  • Monitor and report user adoption and provide actionable recommendations on strategy to increase adoption.
  • Lead and develop user training and creating training materials.
  • Implement project plans aligned with department goals.
  • Support CRM continuity across departments.
  • Support and coordinate with the offshore/onsite CRM development teams on various requirements and ticket resolution.
  • Manage the CICD pipeline, using the Copado Express toolset.
