The specific purpose of the Senior Salesforce Administrator (SSA) position within our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) team is to play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to meet complex business requirements and support multiple program teams that rely on Salesforce and related technologies. The SSA will be instrumental in driving process improvements, customizing Salesforce to enhance functionality, and ensuring that the Salesforce platform supports the program teamsâ objectives and adheres to organizational policies. In addition to technical responsibilities, this position entails leadership duties. The SSA will mentor other Salesforce Administrators and collaborate closely with business teams, business analysts, project managers, external developers, and other stakeholders to develop strategic solutions, optimize Salesforce processes, and strengthen relationships throughout the project planning and execution phases. This role is critical for ensuring that our Salesforce implementation aligns with business strategies, enhances user experience, and maximizes the value derived from the platform. This is a remote position that will require light travel (less than 10%).
