We are looking for an experienced, motivated, tenacious and resourceful senior-level Salesforce Administrator to add to our growing team. This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters or remotely in the US. About You: You have an understanding of Salesforce administration and best practices, coupled with development experience/working towards becoming a developer. You have knowledge and proficiency on new features and future enhancements to the Salesforce platform. You are adept at designing solutions to support short and long term goals and requirements of the account management, marketing, product, and sales teams utilizing commercial, open source and custom-developed software. You are familiar with serving in a support role and can concisely and effectively communicate issues, blockers, and other technical items to team members and those you support. You have a desire to learn quickly and a positive attitude towards learning and troubleshooting. You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself and your time effectively. How You’ll Make an Impact: Actively participate in the proper configuration and utilization of the organization's CRM platform. Be a subject matter expert ready to craft and develop solutions to ever-changing business needs Create and maintain excellent documentation of processes and solutions. Participate in team discussions centered on transforming business requirements into system improvements, using best practices, and identifying opportunities for additional improvements
