Directs staff recruitment, development and evaluation; supervises, trains and evaluates assigned staff. • Oversees acquisition and operation of technology resources (Salesforce, data services). • Works with other business leaders and stakeholders to define, adapt, develop, and implement technology solutions to the business, communications and security needs of the department. • Participates in formulation of annual budget. • Directly interfaces with stakeholders and other business leaders regarding ongoing operations, applications and existing resources. • Manages projects related to applications (networking, software, implementation, security). • Conducts direct liaison with university IT staff regarding ongoing operation, application and existing resources. Participates in formulation of the department's technology plans and policies. • Administers the implementation of projects, and the application of policies. • Oversees troubleshooting and debugging. • Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
