About The Position

All Star Healthcare Solutions is scaling rapidly. Our model is Salesforce + middleware system + other enterprise software (ERP, marketing, and more). Salesforce is the core ATS and operational system of record. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will own the platform end-to-end and improve configuration, automation, data quality, and integrations to support growth. He/she will partner with Sales, operations, and technology to drive adoption and deliver scalable workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with a middleware system or comparable integration middleware (Workato a plus).
  • Strong data management skills, deduplication, imports/exports, data governance.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow development and automation
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, Locum Tenens, or the broader contingent workforce industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to CRM/marketing integrations and middleware (e.g., HubSpot, Workato) a plus
  • Prefer Familiarity with Salesforce AI/Data Cloud and analytics tools (e.g., Einstein, Tableau, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership & Administration
  • Own the Salesforce platform end-to-end (core platform configuration, System architecture, and middleware system integrations).
  • Administer users and access (profiles, roles, permission sets, and security) for 300+ users; maintain governance standards for privacy and role-based access.
  • Own platform health: audits, data quality (including de-duplication), release planning, and continuous improvement aligned to staffing workflows.
  • Salesforce Flow Development & Automation
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Flows that automate the recruiting and provider lifecycle; ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues across workflows
  • Integrations & Data Architecture
  • Own integrations and data flows through a middleware system between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, marketing, telephony, analytics, and iPaaS tools).
  • Maintain clean data models, reporting, and downstream BI readiness so Salesforce remains a trusted system of record.
  • Customization, Configuration & Governance
  • Configure and improve Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, validation, Lightning pages) with strong security and data governance.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and leadership KPIs.
  • AI Enablement
  • Help enable AI-driven automation in Salesforce to reduce admin work and scale recruiting operations.
  • Evaluate and roll out Salesforce AI capabilities with technology leadership, ensuring data and integrations support current and future use cases.
  • User Support, Training & Adoption
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and guidance; resolve issues and drive adoption across recruiting, sales, and operations.
  • Create lightweight training and documentation and promote best practices for consistent Salesforce usage.
  • Promote best practices and consistent data usage across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned or modified at the manager’s discretion.
