About The Position

At Cloudmuscle, we are sourcing a role for one of our key clients, and we will have an exciting full-time opportunity to join our client's innovative in-house salesforce team. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with diverse teams, and is eager to make a real impact. This is a dedicated application for 1 year commitment with the intention to switch to direct employment to our client after. If we see a potential match, one of our Recruiters will be in touch to explore the opportunity further. The Salesforce foundation is in place (powered by MySolution ISV); now it’s about expanding capabilities, improving usability, and making sure the platform truly supports the daily work of the recruiters and business users. You won’t just keep the system running, you will gather requirements, build, optimise and partner with the business, translating real-world needs into smart Salesforce Solutions. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and visible impact. Technical Autonomy: You own your work. Design solutions, build automations, solve problems. The Solution Owner sets directions; you determine how to execute. Business Partnership: Direct interaction with recruiters, managers and stakeholders. You translate needs into solutions - no hiding behind tickets. First-line support, onboarding new team members, creating documentation. Build, Not Maintain: The platform is evolving. You’ll build new capabilities, not just keep existing ones running. Build and maintain flows, validation rules, page layouts and reports. MySolution Expertise: Become the go-to expert on one of the leading ATS Salesforce platforms in staffing Platform Operations: Manage user access. security, data quality, and system health Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues calmly and methodically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience
  • Calm under pressure: Incident leadership
  • Salesforce platform understanding (Admin level +)
  • Business stakeholder communication
  • Being able to fulfil functions as both Business Analyst and Administrator, assess technical feasability and estimate efforts
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a big plus, with enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a diverse and international environment.
  • Mandatory EU citizenship or permanent residence in the Netherlands.
