About The Position

Groupon is a marketplace where customers discover new experiences and services everyday and local businesses thrive. To date we have worked with over a million merchant partners worldwide, connecting over 16 million customers with deals across various categories. In a world often dominated by e-commerce giants, we stand out as one of the few platforms uniquely committed to helping local businesses succeed on a performance basis. Groupon is on a radical journey to transform our business with relentless pursuit of results. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. The impact here can be immediate due to our scale and the speed of our transformation. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have the resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to modernize and optimize the Salesforce environment that powers Groupon’s Revenue Generation teams — Business Development, Merchant Development, and frontline sales managers. This is not a standard corporate SFDC role. You won’t be working in a slow-moving central IT environment. You will be embedded inside Sales Efficiency, owning the systems, automations, and workflows that directly support sales productivity, data accuracy, and GTM execution. You will partner with Sales Efficiency, GTM Operations, and cross-functional leaders to ensure Salesforce becomes: Faster More reliable Easier for sellers to use A true source of truth for activity, routing, and revenue-driving workflows This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce environment that is mission-critical to Groupon’s turnaround. 🎯 Mission To build a stable, modern Salesforce foundation that gives revenue teams the speed, clarity, and data accuracy they need to sell effectively — while empowering Sales Efficiency to design scalable workflows, automations, and AI-driven improvements.
