Join PROCEPT’s Talent Attraction team as a Contract Senior Sales Recruiter (known as a Talent Advisor on our team!) and help us build a powerhouse team that’s changing the game for men with BPH. We’re a fast-growing company in the medical robotics space, and we need a recruiting rockstar to help us find top talent across Sales and Commercial teams. You won’t just be filling roles—you’ll be a strategic hiring partner, working closely with leadership, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top-notch candidates, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish. If you love building relationships, shaping company culture, and making the hiring process smooth and exciting for everyone involved, this is your chance to shine. Plus, you’ll get to flex your negotiation skills and help bring in the best of the best! This position can be remote anywhere in the US, although central or east coast time zones are preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Lever), sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats, including behavioral and cultural questions.
  • We need an industry guru on the all things happening in the med device sales space - knowing hiring trends, company histories, unique sourcing strategies, and the ability to speak the language of sales!

  • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure preferred.
