About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Partner – IT Services (US) to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive growth across the US market. This role will focus on expanding enterprise IT services engagements, fostering long -term business relationships, and building a strong, scalable sales organisation. You will work closely with executive leadership, delivery teams, and partners to shape go -to -market strategy, strengthen client partnerships, and develop future sales leaders.

Requirements

  • A senior sales leader with deep experience in IT services selling in the US, strong relationship -building capabilities, and a proven ability to build, mentor, and grow high -performing sales teams.
  • Proven experience selling IT services and solutions to enterprise clients in the US
  • Strong ability to foster and grow long -term business relationships with key accounts
  • Track record of closing large, complex, multi -year IT services deals
  • Experience building, mentoring, and developing sales talent and leadership pipelines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including C -level engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience across industries such as Energy & Utilities, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise platforms
  • Established network within US enterprise clients and technology partners
  • Experience working with global delivery and offshore–onsite models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the US sales strategy for IT services
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Foster strong, long -term business relationships with enterprise clients
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high -performing sales team
  • Identify market opportunities aligned with client needs and industry trends
  • Collaborate with pre -sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes
