The Client Service Partner focuses on managing the internal client relationships and acts as a client/customer advocate in support of Lineage Logistics’ Operations organization. This is a “mission critical” role within Lineage Logistics IT by acting as a conduit of information and agent of change. The more intimately involved Lineage IT is with our clients’ strategies, issues and concerns, the more value we can contribute by aligning our resources and direction to meet their needs. You will own the relationship with our clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will hold the key to unlocking value with our clients, collecting insight and seeking out opportunities to grow our service catalog and strategic delivery. QA experience as needed Roles and Responsibilities The Client Services Partner works directly with Lineage operational leadership to meet their technology needs, including but not limited to regular account management communications, regional and warehouse site visits within an assigned region, and internal advocacy and monitoring of technology performance and projects affecting their internal client operations.
