About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support a Sales Manager and drive seamless execution of the sales process from ideation through final delivery. This is a high‑visibility, in‑house role ideal for a detail‑oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Position Overview
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.

Requirements

• On‑site position; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday–Friday)
• 3+ years of inside sales support or sales operations experience
• Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
• Strong customer‑facing presence; comfortable working with retail customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and data handling
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end sales operations support for a Sales Manager and sales team
• Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing
• Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle
• Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners
