About The Position

As a Senior Operations Specialist at Triad Wealth Partners, LLC (“Triad Wealth”), you will play a key role in supporting the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of day-to-day operations across the platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to carry out core operational workflows, implement scalable processes, and ensuring operational excellence while supporting the firm’s continued growth. You bring strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the initiative to see your work through without needing to be managed step-by-step. As Triad continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to expand into greater process ownership within the team and operational leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services operations (RIA, TAMP, or wealth platform preferred)
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows including onboarding, billing support, and custodial processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Orion, Salesforce, and custodial platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own core operational workflows including account maintenance, billing support, and advisor service requests
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client experience
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex operational issues, working to resolve quickly and effectively
  • Partner with the Vice President of Operations to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks within workflows and implement solutions to improve scalability
  • Monitor operational KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
  • Drive adoption of systems and tools such as Salesforce and Orion to improve workflow efficiency
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and member obsession within the team
  • Ensure delivery of a consistent 11-star advisor and client experience
