Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or related roles within a professional services, technology, or consulting environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and data management
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator
  • Experience supporting pipeline management, forecasting, or commercial analytics within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms and integration points with Salesforce
  • Proactively supports teams by identifying opportunities to improve clarity, efficiency, or alignment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and client data through regular monitoring and updates
  • Promote CRM best practices and user adoption through training, onboarding, and partnership with practice and commercial teams
  • Produce and distribute regular pipeline and performance reports to support leadership and practice reviews
  • Provide analytical insights and trends to identify revenue opportunities and operational improvements
  • Support pursuit and account planning activities with summaries, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations
  • Drive sales operations process improvements, contributing to documentation, enablement tools, and reporting maturity
