About the team: The Earnings Governance team within Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety ensures fair, transparent, and compliant earnings for Spark drivers. By analyzing data and governing earnings models, the team shapes policies that promote consistency and responsible growth. Collaborating with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance, the team supports decisions that strengthen driver trust and advance Walmart’s Last Mile delivery network. This team values clear communication, operational excellence, and business analysis to drive impactful results and maintain high standards across all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations and business analysis with the ability to develop and implement effective project plans and operational processes.
  • Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and clearly convey project status and deliverables.
  • Expertise in analyzing data, identifying root causes, and recommending actionable solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects by managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyze earnings data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track performance and compliance.
  • Identify root causes of issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Engineering, and Operations to enhance tools and processes.
  • Maintain documentation and version control for data sources and reports.
  • Support rollout of policy updates and operational changes.
  • Implement scalable best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, data-informed team culture focused on continuous improvement.
