We are currently hiring for a Senior Sales Manager: HYBRID or REMOTE as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients. We’re looking for a senior-level, high-impact sales leader to lead one of our sales teams, taking ownership of its revenue engine and the elite team behind it. This isn’t a passive leadership role; it’s a hands-on, drive-the-pipeline, close-the-deal position where you will actively manage and mentor a dedicated team of Outside Sales Representatives. You’ll be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle, including aggressive target account approaches and outbound contact strategies, and personally leading the high-stakes calls that turn prospects into partners. You’ll lead a deeply consultative sales process for your team, translating complex solutions into mission-critical business outcomes. Your focus will be on the daily coaching and execution needed to drive tangible results across your pod. We will prioritize local candidates who can commute to our office in Wakefield, MA. However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates who are not local.
