Xyte is seeking an ambitious and proactive Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our success by leading the charge in driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and shaping the future of our company. This role reports to the SVP of Sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise, account, or territory sales, demonstrating your ability to initiate and close deals
  • Experience selling audio visual (AV) and/or IT equipment or software to enterprise clients
  • A versatile professional capable of adapting to various roles and responsibilities
  • A track record of being a skilled sales hunter and closer, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced early-stage environment, where adaptability and proactiveness are key traits
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, 3-4 days a week from the office in Hoboken, NJ

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in SaaS, B2B sales, subscription-based sales, and/or startup environments
  • An extensive customer network - a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, engaging with C-suite and business line owners, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing new business
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, striving to achieve or exceed quarterly quotas
  • Collaborate closely with various teams across Xyte's global operations to create adoption plans tailored to each customer
  • Craft strategic business plans for high-priority target accounts and industries, ensuring a holistic and effective approach to capturing market opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the status of deals, including risks, obstacles, compelling events, customer buying processes, competition insights, and our differentiation
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of Xyte's product offerings
