Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a senior revenue‑driving role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build lasting business relationships
  • Organized, motivated, and results‑oriented
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts within assigned market segments
  • Proactively source new business through calls, networking, and site tours
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
  • Work closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays
  • Maintain accurate account details, forecasts, and activity logs
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share goals
