About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue, develop new business, and build strong client relationships at our hotel. This role will play a key part in achieving sales goals while providing exceptional service to clients and supporting hotel operations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality sales, with a strong focus on revenue generation and client service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, and CRM tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through proactive and reactive sales efforts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client events and bookings
  • Execute marketing and action plans to meet sales and revenue goals
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through collaboration with revenue management and third-party partners
  • Represent the hotel at industry and networking events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Delphi (or similar CRM)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and call goals
  • Support hotel operations as a collaborative team player
