Reporting directly to the SVP Global Head of New Business Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping our Americas sales strategy, empowering your team to exceed ambitious targets, and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture built on a foundation of extreme ownership. This is a unique high-velocity player-coach opportunity where you will lead an individual Sales Manager based in Sao Paulo while independently managing your own pipeline. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and support to identify, prospect, and close new Payment Service Provider (PSP) and enterprise merchant opportunities. Simultaneously, you will drive your own revenue targets with a fierce sense of urgency, champion product adoption, and contribute to ongoing innovation across the Americas.
