About The Position

In this role, you will lead a team of New Business Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring your team, and presenting business reviews to key clients. Location: Salt Lake City, UT – Hybrid

Requirements

  • Strong experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in presenting business reviews to executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of New Business Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer success metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to your team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within your team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive business reviews to key clients, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
