Partner with the best As a Senior Sales Manager – Drilling Fluids, you will be responsible for: Driving sales force effectiveness through productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory management, and incentive programs. Overseeing the Salesforce CRM platform and commercial planning, including forecasting and Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes. Maintaining data integrity across commercial and core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs). Managing complex, client-specific products and systems, requiring technical expertise and tailored solutions. Leading long-term sales processes, including contract negotiation for sales, rental, operation, and maintenance. Serving key business unit clients and coordinate cross-functional sales teams (engineering, legal, risk, finance). Operating within large, complex markets with significant growth potential. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; master’s degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales, commercial operations, and Drilling Fluids operations.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Drilling Fluids.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to plan, document, market, and execute programs.

Nice To Haves

  • master’s degree preferred.
