About The Position

The Senior Sales Executive, North America West (NAM) - Airports & Borders role responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Sr. Sales Executives answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This role will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service/Support, Airport Delivery Managers, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. The successful Sales Executive should collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term. The Sr. Sales Executive, North America for Airports and Borders is responsible for promoting solutions and selling those to our Airports and Border Authorities customers across North America. This area is also responsible for looking after and/or managing existing customers that have purchased the solution providing dedicated knowledge, support and guidance. This person will join us to promote revolutionary travel experience in North America with faster, safer and frictionless travel processing in our airports. In this role you’ll: Prospect airports and immigration authorities for promoting and selling operational and passenger processing solutions and/or Border Control solutions. Undertake aggressive growth on Passenger, Baggage and/or Border Control Solutions, whereas selling and promoting operational and customer processing portfolio. Develop strong relationships with customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. One of key areas to focus on will be optimizing the digital processing of immigration control in our region. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service/Support, Airport Delivery Managers, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term. Focus on developing new business for existing and prospecting customers in the North America region, with possibility to extend to others in Latam depending on the type of opportunity. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements; observe internal procedures on salesforce, bid management, compliance rules Forecast and track key accounts metrics i.e.. Reports, sales forecasts, account status, etc. Keep an accurate and up to date set of records about accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities within SalesForce platform Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

  • University Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in account management, presales, or sales experience.
  • Sales force experience
  • Previous experience in the travel industry working with airlines and airports
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and multitask with various projects and initiatives
  • Travel technology experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Travel Industry
  • 5+ years’ experience in Airports solutions/projects
  • Experience working for multinational companies with experience on liaising across transversal business units
  • Knowledge of Software technology and cloud computing.
  • Expertise in platforms for airports and travel industry.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft projects, ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Can be located in any main city in the west coast within the US or in Canada.
  • Advanced communication and consultation skills
  • English required.

Nice To Haves

  • Airport Systems Sales Experience is a plus.
  • Border control solutions experience is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus
