About The Position

ENE Systems, now Stark Tech, is a leading HVAC/ATC/Security dealer in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We have a new opportunity for a full time Senior Sales Engineer in Canton! How do you excel in this position The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving new construction ("green field") project pursuits and cultivating strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors. This role combines technical expertise, strategic sales engagement, and project pursuit management to position the company's solutions effectively within the construction market. Who are we? Stark Tech leads the market in providing cutting-edge facilities and energy solutions. We integrate systems, offer energy-efficient equipment and services, and provide building analytics to help customers meet sustainability goals. This is a base salary, and the position also includes eligibility for a variable sales bonus. There is potential for a sales start-up assistance program.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors and /or Mechanical Contractors
  • Technical aptitude (some technical education preferred but not required)
  • Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with Consulting Engineers, General Contractors, and/or Mechanical Contractors
  • Understanding and sensitive to customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to manage time to schedules and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
